Brad started in the fire and security industry in 1997 and has worked on many different projects since then. In 2015, Uplands Fire and Security, LLC, was created because Brad realized that his business philosophy was different than others that he worked with and that if he started his own business, he could give clients a better experience.

Brooke, Brad’s oldest daughter, recently joined the company to help handle the office work and customer care after working in the customer service industry since 2012. She has dealt with many different customer situations and interactions, so she knows how to make sure everyone is satisfied with their experience.
